Who we are
These terms apply to online product purchases from Mr. Owl Custom Designs Co., 610 E. Main Street, Suite 402, Allen, TX 75002, United States. Contact info@mrowlcustomdesigns.com or +1 469 325 5321 for order questions. Our separate Request Quote service continues to use the quote, artwork approval and production terms agreed with you for that project.
Products and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. The price shown for your selected size and color applies to that variant. Product descriptions state available options and production estimates. Images illustrate color and finish; display settings may affect appearance. Personalized text is produced as submitted, subject to any separately agreed proof approval. We do not substitute items without your agreement.
Checkout and payment
Before you pay, checkout shows the merchandise subtotal, delivery charges, applicable sales tax and final amount. Applicable tax is calculated using the delivery address for shipped orders or the selected collection location for pickup orders, product classification and our applicable collection rules. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Correct your shipping address and selected options before confirming payment. An order is confirmed after payment verification; an unpaid or cancelled checkout is not a paid order.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact info@mrowlcustomdesigns.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether production or shipment has begun. Custom goods may not be cancellable once production has started, except where applicable law or our failure to fulfill the order gives you cancellation or refund rights. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the affected payment.
Delivery and delays
The product page provides the expected dispatch time. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised date and the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of unshipped goods. We will not treat silence as open-ended consent. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and statutory rights
Our Returns Policy describes standard and personalized product returns. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods. We do not require you to waive mandatory consumer protections.
Your content
Only submit artwork, logos or text that you have permission to use. You authorize us to use submitted content to produce and fulfill your order. We may decline unlawful or infringing content and will address any affected payment with you.
Questions and changes
Contact info@mrowlcustomdesigns.com to resolve a concern. The policy version accepted at checkout is recorded with your order. Later policy changes do not retroactively change the terms of a completed purchase. Applicable mandatory consumer law remains in effect.
